Can you tell us about your early life and what initially sparked your interest in music?

Before I started making music I just use to listen to it all the time, it really helped me get through a lot so when I found out I had the talent of my own I decided to make my own .

How did growing up in both Beaufort, SC, and Savannah, GA, influence your musical style?

Growing up in both Beaufort South Carolina and Savannah Georgia bought fourth versatility, being from both parts helped me get a better understanding of people and the types of music that make ya head bop

When did you start making music, and what made you decide to take it seriously?

 I made my first song when I was 17, the love and encouragement I was receiving is what pushed me to take it serious

Who are your biggest musical influences, and how have they shaped your sound?

My biggest music influencers would be Ot7 Quanny and Polo G, listening to them helped me find my own style

Can you describe the process of creating your first album, “Listen to This”?

I record and mix my music on my phone using this app I got called band lab, and I created both album covers by myself using different apps on my phone as well.

How does your second album, “Get wit Me,” differ from your first?

My album “Get wit me” is different from “Listen to this” because I was talking more about my life and everything I was going through while on my album “Get wit me” I was basically trying to motivate folks to get money and believe in they selfI record and mix my music on my phone using this app I got called band lab, and I created both album covers by myself using different apps on my phone as well.

What themes or messages do you aim to convey through your music?

In my music I try to motivate whoever listening to focus on the bigger picture and believe In they self, even though I talk about money and stuff I be goin though.. you still gotta have fun and enjoy ya life

Can you explain the significance of your stage name, RFW Rome?

RFW stands for Ready For Whatever I feel like that’s kinda self explanatory

What has been the most challenging part of your music career so far?

Most challenging part of my career so far is gaining active supporters, still kinda early in my career but it gets kinda discouraging sometimes

How do you stay motivated and focused on your goals in the music industry?

My family keeps me motivated

What does a typical day look like for you when you’re working on new music?

On a typical day of working on new music I usually just be bored, so I’ll probably finish a song in like an hour or 2 depending on how Im feeling and start on a new one for another day.

Can you share any memorable moments or experiences from your journey so far?

Performing for the first time has to be the most memorable moment so far .

How do you approach the songwriting process, and where do you draw inspiration from?

When I make a song I go off on how I’m feeling at the time, so I draw my inspiration from the different moods I be in

What role does your background in band and musical instruments play in your current music production?

Band made it easier for me to understand musical notes, when to speed up on a beat or slow down, and what to change in a song to make it better

How do you handle criticism and negative feedback about your work?

I take criticism and use it to make me better, can’t control what people say and how they feel

What advice would you give to young, aspiring musicians looking to break into the industry?

 The advice I would give to the younger musicians trying would be to keep going and never let up, the sun still shine it just gets a little cloudy sometimes

Can you tell us about any upcoming projects or collaborations you’re excited about?

 I got plenty music videos on the way, this time around I’m really focused on that and gettin people to really see me .

What are your long-term goals for your music career?

My long term goals for music is to make millions off my hard work and to bring fourth success to my family for generations

How important is it for you to connect with your fans, and how do you engage with them?

 I try to connect with my supports by dropping new songs or posting on my socials mostly Instagram and TikTok .

Where do you see yourself in five years, both personally and professionally?

In 5 years I see my self in better situation.. with a lot of money with ah big house and a couple nice cars, I see my family in big houses with nothing to worry about too. And professionally I see myself on tour traveling the world doing the things I love most.
