NBA Youngboy Finally Released From Prison, and Will Be on House Arrest, in Utah; Will Be Surrounded By Military Guards

NBA Youngboy has been incarcerated since March, after being wanted by the feds. This was due to gun charges, stemming from a September 2020 arrest, in his hometown of Baton Rouge, LA. Youngboy was denied bond multiple times, but there were rumors on Friday, that he could be released.

Youngboy is finally out, as he will be on house arrest, in Utah, according to Akademiks. This is after his legal team claimed that he would avoid anymore legal troubles, if he is in Utah. Akademiks ended up confirming Youngboy’s release, as the Baton Rouge rapper is now in that state. Youngboy’s also said to have a mentor in Utah, which knows his family.

Conditions of the release include Youngboy being surrounded by military guards, while on house arrest. The plan is also to get him a recording studio, inside this home. This would help Youngboy continue to release new material, all while finally attempting to stay out of trouble.

Last month, Youngboy also put out his first album while incarcerated, with “Sincerely, Kentrell.” That went on to debut at number one, on the Billboard 200 chart. That was also Youngboy’s third number one album, since the spring of 2020.
